Shipping & Returns


SHIPPING

The Candle Guru ships all packages through USPS Ground Shipping (I am unable to ship otherwise, despite priority shipping being the default. Due to the COVID-19, please be aware of possible delays in processing and delivery times. You will receive a tracking number once your package has shipped. Shipping/Processing times are currently at a 3-7 day lead time.

Please ensure that you have provided the correct address and email address at checkout as The Candle Guru is not responsible for any incorrect/undeliverable/closed or otherwise faulty addresses. If your package cannot be delivered and is "returned to sender", The Candle Guru is not responsible for any fees or re-shipping charges. We are more than happy to re-send any packages, but ask that you provide any shipping costs. Please email thecandleguruco@gmail.com should you need assistance with package information. 

Utilizing a free shipping code for free package drop off or meet up may result in the same delivery time frame it would take to receive your package via USPS.

Please be aware that The Candle Guru is not responsible for delayed transit times and damaged products once your order leaves the studio. We have no control over transit times and what happens during transit, once packages are given to the mail carrier. Should your package become delayed, lost or arrive damaged, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier. 

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Candle Guru does not currently accept/provide any refunds/returns/exchanges under any circumstances. Orders may not be altered once placed. Any damaged or lost packages should be filed with the shipping carrier and are not under the responsibility of The Candle Guru as we package each order with care and are not liable for carrier misconduct/negligence. If your candle jar(s) arrive broken, but you received your package in a proper manner (e.g. box still in good condition without major dents/bruising), please email us at thecandleguruco@gmail.com with photos of your jar(s) and box within 2 days (no exceptions) of delivery.
